Are you in the Little Rock area? Vino’s is THE PLACE TO BE on February 10th!

Local space rock band, I Was Afraid, are hosting a record release show to celebrate their most recent release, Lonely Frontier. For only $5, you will get the chance to hear hours worth of music from I Was Afraid themselves, Attagirl, Colour Design, and Peach Blush. There will also be vinyl LP’s and cassette tapes available of Lonely Frontier at the show, so be sure to pick yourself up a copy while you are there.

“Lonely Frontier is a 4 song EP that we worked on throughout 2015/2016 to give our listeners a taste of what is to come with our following release. We wanted to do something shorter than our last two records. Something our listeners could grab on to and listen to over and over. With it being only 4 songs, it’s not that much of a hassle to listen to in one sitting.” – Evan Grove (I Was Afraid; bass)

The band has chosen local Little Rock artists who they believe accurately represent the Arkansas music scene to play this show as well.

Attagirl is a punk band. You can check out their music here.

Colour Design is an alternative post-hardcore band. Listen here.

Peach Blush is described by Grove as the “dreamiest punks in town.” Check them out here.

I Was Afraid‘s music can be listened to here. Be sure to order a LP or cassette of their EP as well!
